Return and Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products at House of Niral. Please note our policy is generally Final Sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than a proven error on our part (i.e., incorrect or damaged item received).
Eligibility for Exchange (Our Error Only)
If you received an item that is incorrect (wrong product) or damaged due to our error, we will gladly arrange for an exchange.
Procedure for Reporting an Issue
1. Time Limit: The issue must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
2. Required Proof: A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package from the start of the unboxing process to the end without any pauses, cuts, or edits. This video is the sole basis for verifying damage or incorrect items.

Exchange Process
1. Verification: Upon receiving your report and the required video proof, our team will review and verify the error.
2. Return Shipping: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Customer Responsibility: As we rely on third-party courier services, the customer is responsible for couriering the product back to us.

Reimbursement: Please send us a copy of the courier receipt. We will fully reimburse you for the shipping charges incurred.
3. Replacement/Refund:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will process a full refund of the item's cost, along with the courier charges, within 2 working days.
