Domestic (India): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

International: Shipping costs for orders outside of India are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. These costs will be clearly displayed or provided via a custom invoice prior to payment.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide a clear estimate of when you will receive your order, we use the following timeline:

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Monday – Friday).

Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time required to process, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse.

Transit Time:
- South India: 3 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- North India: 5 – 6 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- International: 7 – 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday), depending on the destination.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 8 Business Days for domestic orders.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@houseofniral.com so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
